Massive, almost Aubert-like in it's new world intensity and oak treatment. Not my style, and I think the oak needs time to settle along with the exuberant fruit, so it's not "bad", but has a specific audience. Terrible value, and quite frankly, for the same price one could track down 3-4 extraordinary bottles of white Burgundy 1er/Grand Cru. Passssssss

Fantastic nose, Coche like in its intensity with lemon peel and matchstick. Agree it’s still very tightly wound, and oak is noticeable, but it’s promising

La Paulée de New York Grand Tasting (Pier Sixty - New York NY): Tasting, brief note. Very broad array of fruit ranging from some lemon peel aromas to tropical fruit on finish. But overall slightly lean and tightly wound with great structure and length. Cellar to 2020. I think this is as good as the wonderful Corton-Charlemagne, but this is holding more in reserve.

Even better than last time, complex character with great concentration. Really came alive after an hour (94-95)
