  Coravin sample.
  Pale gold.
  Pronounced aromas of citrus, quince, hazelnut, honey, lanolin, wet wool, marzipan. Developing.
  Dry, high acidity, med (+) alcohol (14%), full body, pronounced flavours similar to the nose, long finish, lots of extract.
  Outstanding, can be drunk now but suitable for further ageing. This bottle much fresher and younger than the previous one with many years of life left in it.

  Medium gold. Pronounced ripe flavours of citrus, quince, marzipan, wet wool, lanolin, hazelnuts, honey. Fully developed. Dry but very rich, high acidity, medium (+) alcohol, full body, pronounced flavours similar to the nose, long finish. At the end its life but still very good indeed.

  robe dorée soutenue - nez miel peu intense - attaque équilibrée, bouche puisssante sur le miel et les fruits blancs tres murs avec une pointe oxydative. Finale puissante avec alcool trop présent et legere amertume. Marqué par le millésime. Manque d'élégance et de tension à mon gout.

  Fine and fairly mature. Medium gold. Rich, full. Lots going on, baked apples, quince, hazelnut plus some lemon. Honeyed. Lanolin too. Limestone. Maybe just a touch soft but in a velvety way. Different and very good.
