Had this at a Merry Edwards wine tasting with paired food courses.
Paired with Yellow Fin Tuna Carpaccio served in a Lime Cilantro Emulsion with fennel and avacado.
A respectable effort with a fairly balanced fruit versus acidity, but one that is style wise not in sync with a wine I prefer. Mineral and more citrus start which quickly is balanced by the slight buttery characterpresent at the finish.

Tasted at the Winery with Chris Allison and Ann. Buttery but very balanced. Very good w/the soft cheese (Bohemean Creamry - Holy Moly) Not toasty, Real good for food.

Last bottle. Beautiful straw color. Great body and flavor for its age. Buying more.
