I really liked this. Started off very mineral driven and opened to a more lush autolytic mid palate. Quite tart and tasty. Lovely nose, hard candy, citrus. Palate is as above. Citrus, tart apple. Stone. Enjoyed the whole meal.

Rich, chalky, and a tiny bit brioche-y or at least sourdough bread-y, but tart and saline. Refreshing -“tonifiant”. Easy to plow through. Base 2018 disg 10/2021. 4g/L dosage. This is good stuff.

Pale yellow, creamy bubbles. Nose is elegant and balanced - between crisp and biscuit - apple, brioche, only slightly yeasty. Palate is smooth between mineralogy and fruitiness. Medium finish. Very enjoyable.

This was a fun sparkler. There is some funk and oxidation, which are both intriguing. Crisp, tart, and ends on a green note. This is less sweet than most brut's I've had, but it's not dry enough to warrant the Extra Brut moniker. Stylistically different than I'm used to, and quite enjoyable.

Took awhile to come around but this was pretty insane. Rich and deep on the palate. Perfect pair with Chinese seafood dishes.
