I like Opolo wines and their Cabernet Savignon is usually pleasant and very drinkable, but this is a true beauty. Mellowed to perfection right now. It has subtle layers of baked fruit and an earthy, full bodied , balanced flavor that is sublime to drink. This is a stand out vintage!

Indistinguishable from Zinfandel. Overly fruity/jammy with extracted vanilla and baking spice. Some light tannin but not a ton of structure. Without question a wine from Paso.
