  Sweet yellow fruit, apple, worn saddle leather, light chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla are joined by light mint on the finish, with warming alcohol and very good persistence. Good concentration. Woody and lightly tannic. Sweet, lightly creamy, and very long. It’s persistence stood out.
