Medium goldish. Lovely nose vibrant with oxidative notes that subdue with some aeration. Ripe stone fruit, salty minerality, ripe citrus, a touch of oak, some spice. Quite fresh in the mouth thanks to to the acidity, lovely texture with ample ripe stone fruit, a touch of honey, white pepper and a long finish with minerals and ripe fruit. Great wine at peak. 93-94

Vertical tasting of 2013-2021. The favorite among the group. At first somewhat dumb and dusty but opened up after some time in the glass. Medium+ viscosity, fudge, minerality, oak quite apparent, white pepper, acidity improving over time. In a perfect state now.

Really intriguing flavor profile. Palate begins with mature, mellow, ripe fruit, and transitions to a finish where the profound acidity completely takes over, and lingers. World-class assyrtiko from Santorini, great as an aperitif or with broiled or grilled fish.

Pale yellow colour. On the nose lemon, minerality and subtle fruity notes blend very well with well integrated oak. On the palete same scents with lots of acidity and medium to full body providing a very pleasant feel. At a very good point in time but for sure can age more.

I served this in my wine course. Spicy French oak dominates the nose, and at this point distracts a bit. Behind the wood, orange rind and low pitched salt toffee nose seems very promising. Mouth is well balanced medium weight. A good proportion of acids and bitter on the very long finish which is currently the best feature of the wine. This wine seems really promising for medium term aging and I expect will be outstanding once the oak integrates.
