  Carambole, litchi, silex, un vin possédant beaucoup de mineralité et d'acidité. Un riesling Allemand classique mais niveau équilibre ce n'est pas le plus bel exemplaire. Quelques années de garde lui fera un grand bien afin de calmer la structure et faire sortir le fruit.

  Still very fresh, bright apple, good acidity, white blossom, lime, well balanced residual sugar. A nice wine for a hot summer's day.

  Zinging fresh excellent depth of fruit. Hint of sweetness fills the middle palate . Finish could be cleaner

  Primary notes of lime rind, lime leaf, unripe peach, wet stone & whiff of petrol. Acidity is laser-like. All in all a beautiful wine but at this stage I’m finding the fruit a bit hollow in the mid palate (& the acidity has enveloped). Dynamite aperitif wine though, esp. for the price.

  91pts. Light on its feet like a Kabinett must be, and not really sweet, since its residual sweetness is balanced by its acidity. Playful and refreshing - the bottle was empty in absolutely no time. Good minerality as typical from this vineyard. For $10 this is absolutely a must have wine in the cellar if one enjoys the style.
