  Un peu déçue des 2 dernières bouteilles. Un peu plat, avec une finale un peu amère. Pas si pire mais je préfère nettement les Rieslings du domaine.

  Couleur : Or-vert
  Nez: Parfumé et épicé
  Bouche: Première approche de style champagne avec un peu d'effervescence. Avec le repas (Tataki de thon sur salade niçoise) des arômes de gingembre, citron et pomme. Une certaine amertume en fond de bouche donnait un parfait accord avec l'acidité de la vinaigrette. Texture un peu grasse, mais le vin était sec. Longueur de moyenne à longue. Acidité moyenne.

  A variety of wines and foods of Alsace (Domaine Josmeyer): After a few other dry Pinot Gris, this impressed me with a slight reductive note but showing much density and character on the palate. Dry and yet rather full bodied. Salinity, too, as the vintage is fresh and higher in acidity than, say, 2015. And the label is really pretty. Go for it!

  Une belle découverte. Un beau pinot parfumé, classique, sec (2,5 g/l de sucre résiduel), super avec le plat.
