  • Quite rich and creamy. Very dark color. One of those Cabernet’s with a hint of eucalyptus. Evergreen and sandalwood. Slightly vegetative. Has that Paso tradition of more red fruit than dark. By the mid palate and finish more blueberry and currant. Some still very young French oak. Serious finish of emerging sweet blue fruit with vanilla, evergreen, tea, tobacco and some heat from alcohol.
