the classic pairing - burgundy with beef bourguignon. And there is a reason it is classic. The Domaine Bart's slight acidity and subtle flavorings perfectly complimented the more forward main dish. Would definitely do again!

Pale ruby, with some hints of violet around the edges. Aromas of raspberry, grilled red meat and gravel. Old world style on the palate, Lively red fruit and minerals. Elegant lingering finish. Paired with Salmon.

Bright red fruit, earthy undertone, oak char frame. A bit too much oak toast frankly. Has good verve day one with a vinous core. Falls off a little on the finish, but very good at $20. But seemed tired on day 2. I'd drink these in the short term.

Soft and open with delicious ripe red fruit, earth, and spice. Progressed nicely in the past year. Excellent everyday Burg.

Drinking well right now. Very juicy. Bright berry flavors. Good acidity. Pairs well with food.
