  from half bottle, very balanced, open, light red fruit, rather elegant than rustic for a Gevrey, some floral notes, convinces through balance and subtleness

  Damn these 2016 burgundy sings now. I love Rousseau, even their village rousseau. It was on list and I had to order it and damn good Gevrey

  A nice village but also not more than that.
  
  For the “real” price on allocation it is definitely worth the money but nowhere near justifies the price tag on the secondary market whic is a factor 3-4.
  
  Red fruited, elements of typical Gevrey - iodine, meat, spices and quite structured tannins. With air it softens up and is quite elegant and complex in its expression.
