Nose: bready, freshly out of oven baguette, nectarine, and a little honey. Taste: poached pear dominate, dry, white tea, and peppery in the finish. Oily texture, and it really coats inside of your mouth. Nice transition and balance. Really makes me want a plate classic Roman pepper olive oil pasta.
