Best bottle yet. This is a great value wine. I suggest serving cold and putting on ice as u drink. As it warms less precise when warm. No rush to drink if you stored the bottle properly.

Light yellow. Medium nose of citrus and green fruit with some butter. Dry, light acidity, taste of lemon, green apple, pear, a little buttery. Medium body and finish. Clean and young Chardonnay.

This was my fifth and last bottle of this wine. Still fresh, more harmonious with that bit of age, and really just gorgeous at this point.
I found one of these five to be somewhat angular and not as much fun, but other than that this wine has been really good to me. The original note from the retailer (That I bought from) had said that the vines that these grapes from in Hautes Cotes are high up on the slope and had retained much more freshness than most in 2015. Patrice Rion apparently said that this is the best Bourgogne that he made.

Weird. Fine drink, but nowhere near the same experience as last bottle. More diluted, less intense. Strange with so much bottle difference. Perhaps the difference was my own tastebuds on different days.
