60PM, 30PN, 10C. 5.5g dosage. Disgorgement date stamped awkwardly on the bottom of the bottle and almost entirely unreadable but at least they managed to fit 4000 words of bilingual guff onto the printed label.
Cellared for three years. Deft yet generous with lovely notes of ginger, apple and honey. Approachable and refined, this has really calmed down since the first bottle. Lovely with some parmesan puffs.

A blend of 17 and 18, disgorged in Jan 22. Peachy mid straw. Currently quite clean and correct, fresh with little obvious development. Compound cork still very springy. Let’s see how this develops overnight, but feels as if needs a few years yet. Currently *** After 48 hrs WAF-stoppered in the fridge, this has mellowed and rounded nicely. Top ***. Currently one to open an hour or two before drinking.

From a TWS growers champagne mixed case (purchased 2023). 60% Pinot Meunière, 30% noir and 10% Chardonnay. Orange-pink inflections attest to the large proportion of red in the blend, which is also perceptible on the nose, which otherwise doesn’t offer up much at all. Rather nondescript, though certainly inoffensive.

Delightful. Stone fruit and quince, even box on the nose, lemon, Jasmine added on the palate, nice brioche, linear length of developing flavour with a very, very well judged acidity. Top champagne
