Initially strong barnyard (which I quite like), but then transitioned to more dark fruit, garigue. Good bottle, pretty mature at this point, but will likely last from experience.

Quite dark and full for a Beaujolais, but this is getting there now, the fruit is coming into focus on the nose, the palate too, but still showing a bit of hard candy and a bit of tannin. There more to come and not quite ready for prime time yet

PnP, barnyard on the nose along with dark cherry and garrigue, the palate takes a little while to open up but once it does red fruit pops out of the barnyard with a smooth combination of tannins and acidity. Paired with a bolognese sauce, this brought out even more pronounce fruit.
