  • Acid forward. Myrrh on the nose. Refreshing.

  • Very good, lovely off-dry mosel riesling, from the younger vines (<15 years) of the estate.

    WSET style tasting note:
    Clear, pale, lemon.
Clean, medium (+) intensity nose of lemon, red apple, marmalade, honey, and a hint of petrol.
Off-dry, medium acid, low alcohol (9.5%), medium body and medium intensity of flavours, with lemon, red apple, marmalade and honey evident, all along a medium length.
Very good, this wine has an abundance of primary and tertiary aromas and flavours, with a relatively good level of intensity, it also benefits from a nice balance of sweetness and acidity and whilst the marmalade and honeyed notes do perhaps show more prominently there is still some of that primary fruit lingering in the background. The medium length and "only" medium intensity holds this wine back from an outstanding rating, but this is very good.

  • Amazing table Riesling. Semi-sweet and acidic. A bit tart and very addicting. I usually do not like sweet wines but this stuff is amazing for a $15 Mosel.
