  • From 75cl, decent cork. Medium-bodied for a Carignan, 14,5% alc, high acidity with that „sparkling“ effect on the tongue I associate with inferior Priorat. Thin, flatlining finish. OK for what it is, overpriced at 34 GBP in a mediocre „chop house“ in Cambridge. Might well settle down with 3-5 years in the cellar(?) 85-86P
