An incredibly smooth wine reflecting its age. Nose is dominated by tertiary characteristics. Length is short with most of the tannins gone. Soft and well integrated on the palate, with a slight taste of cola. Very enjoyable and still good drinking but probably past its peak.

Obscure right bank Bordeaux (St Emillion). High percentage of Merlot, and very open for business. Great value!

Lovely aged Bordeaux. Lots of sediment left at bottom of the bottle. Brick color on the rim. Great smells

Shockingly good, and not at all over the hill, especially given drink-by date. Nice flavors and balance. Great value.
