  • One of the weirdest wines I've had in awhile. Light lemon color with pronounced effervescence. citrus and stone fruit fruit on the nose with a distracting hint of acetone (or something like nail polish remover). Slight apply and lemon on the palate with a dollop of acidity. Brisk, non- oak citrusy finish that is somewhat redeeming. My wife disliked this wine but I thought it a bit of a refreshing novelty - better as a summer quaffer. Maybe a partially flawed bottle??

  • Best on night one. No notes, lemon curd, citrus zest, fairly well rounded out, but taut at the edges keeping, ripe fruit richness and minerality. Like top class Chablis from a warm hill?
