  Just past peak, a bit of funk that went away after a couple hours. The tannins are nice w good acid but the overall balance tilts fruity and big. Classic Napa I guess

  Bei weitem noch nicht alt, schöner knapper Caban Style, sehr gut, aber nicht wirklich groß, dafür fehlt der letzte Druck.

  Smoothed tannins. Fruit core intact with a noticeable amount of mushroom, earthy tones and a bit of balsamic. Cork was absolutely perfect - didn’t need a Durand. Great to share and a slower drinker given the complexities in the glass. Good stuff.

  Still evolving and getting better. Acidity with silky tannins and still presenting a meaningful amount of fruit at 22 years of age. My last bottle.
