On the nose the wine had dark fruit of black currant and black cherry. flavors of menthol and eucalyptus followed by earthy flavors of tobacco, and cedar. The wine was perfectly ready to be consumed. The tannins created a big round mouthfeel but balanced with the acidity.

Solid Cab. I think this is at peak with probably 2 years of solid drinking left. Big fruit, but elegant and not over the top.
