  Nose of mushrooms, color is dark but faded and first taste is of bordeaux left bank. The terroir comes through in the flavors. It's past it's prime but for the price it has held up reasonably. Tasted out of the bottle, two hours and four hours after decanted and the next morning. Has held up into the morning and still enjoyable.

  from memory: nice aged bordeaux, esp for the price; dusty and earthy, smoothed and integrated tannins, but rather straightforward and lacking in complexity; good for a weeknight wine, something easy to open with a burger/steak.
