  Last bottle .... tonight as in some prior notes the wine is aromatic with notes of cherry and florals notes like roses. Like one of my prior notes the In mouth experience is dusty with restrained cherry and blueberry. The finish has a spiceness with longing cherry kirsch.

  Drinking more beautifully than my last tasting. Aromatics remind me of a left bank (I suppose that the Cab Franc is talking here). Dusty and a little tannic. Not the most balanced but quite delicious in mouth and through mid palette. Finish is where the wines is least strong. Astringent and unbalanced.

  Mildly aromatic notes of cherry and some roses. On the palette the wine Is dusty with restrained fruit flavors like slightly moldy blueberry with a sweetness which is quite unique. Mid palette is oh so smooth almost merlot like velvety feel. The finish is a small amount of spice and lingering notes of cherry.
  
  Likely will improve but at this state it is ready now. P
