Shapeshifter of a wine. Liked it best on opening, when it was a bright rosy red and so perfumed it was like inhaling a dozen roses. Then it turned more solid, slightly bitter-edged, and maroon-toned in the fashion of many 2016s. And then it lightened up again and the fruit turned into a bushel of red apples.
