  • Pours a light pale pink color which surprised me given the CF grape. This was served on the cold side and I wished I had been able to pick apart the flavors a bit more, but at the same time I quite enjoyed the wine. It's refreshing. There's a touch of a sweet and sour thing going here that makes it more interesting. A rose that made me take note and go back for a few more sips to see what's going on. I would order this again.

  • This wine is a pale orange in the glass. Aromas of rhubarb and grapefruit greet the nose and are echoed in the mouth. The wine is light, with a refreshing zest. The perfect beverage to sip on the patio on a hot summer evening (or in our case, paired with BBQd pesto chicken and fresh vegetables).

  • I first tasted and fell in love with this Rose at the Liberty Rose Revival.
The wine is a barely pink/salmon colour. The wine is not fined or filtered - pour carefully to leave the sediment undisturbed. Don’t let the tight nose fool you, the flavour palate is an explosion of refreshing tart rhubarb with a hint of grapefruit. This wine is bone dry with a crisp, lingering acidity and finish. So good and the perfect pairing for the patio on a hot summer day. Yum!!
