Bottle 1332g. Pale ruby. Moderately intense lifted aromas of red fruit, clay, sweet spice. Dry, with elevated juicy acidity, moderate drying tannins, medium-bodied and warm on the finish, 15°. Youthful for its age; not sure how it might develop from here. The high alcohol is an issue.

We tasted this at the 12/8/18 release party. It had a rich, ripe, dusty nose of black cherry, earth, herb, pepper and spice aromas. The palate was rich, ripe and dry with flavors that followed the nose.

Revisiting Washington (Woodinville): Very ripe fruit, all red. Reminds me a lot of a CdP-style. More intense. Not quite my favorite.
