Solid CA blend that is very much in a Cru Beaujolais style with a bit more CA sunshine. Surprisingly a little tannic on day 1 but singing on day 2. Some upside over the next year or two but I'd drink up within the next 3.

Medium garnet color, sediment all around. Somewhat muted aromas, blackberry and faint acetone. Sweet plum, black cherry, blueberry, and blackberry on the palate, smooth and really quite nice. Some tannic grip and good acidity to finish.
This is the first of these I've had with any meaningful bottle age. And it holds up well. The blast of candied aromas and chalkiness are no more, and it's not the most exciting thing to smell. But what's left is a softer wine, and the depth of fruit impresses the palate. I'm in for this.

This is very far from my glass of wine. Not only don't I wanna finish my bottle. I don't even wanna finish my glass. But if you like it extracted this could be for you. 79.
Edit: Went back after a few hours and it was better. Raising to 85.

Medium dark/ruby red. Aroma of smoke, oak, cherry and hints of licorice. Integrated aromas, and lots of mature tendencies despite the young age. The palate matches the nose. Medium+ bold and dry. Long finish with a smooth acidity.

Serveras kyld. Lätt, fruktigt med lukt av hallon, körsbär, plommon, svarta vinbär och lite rök.
Sött i smaken
Smaken riktigr bra, långt över förväntan. Serveras kylt i sommarsolen.
