Fancy Prosecco is worth it. Pretty floral and yellow plum nose expands into fresh fig, apricot, Meyer lemon, fresh spring herbs, and dainty mineral. Sparse but tight little bubbles support this weightier slate of flavors, and gives the wine enough of a rocks-intensive finish to notice that this punches above its weight. Just the thing with a standard arugula and bresaola salad.

This isn’t just very good Prosecco, it’s a very good sparkling wine in any category. Vibrant and persistent with the mist of sweet tropical fruit overlaying a mountain stream of minerals. So, so perfect with spicy Paki/Indian cuisine. This producer nails it again. 4+11+17+9= 91

Lovely prosecco with sellected fruit from vinyards around Col de Fer and San Gallo hills. Extra dry (14g/l) with fine perlage, soft and rich peachy aromas, nicely rounded very gentle fizz that can easily challenge a lot of Cartizze bottles.

One of the best Prosecco’s I have had. Light, easy drinking, but with plenty of complexity and smoothness.

Easy drinking with a decent bead, lemon and fine bubbles. Hard to peg this as non-bottle fermented and I’d drink it all the time for the $.
