Tons of Mousse - very crisp with citrus notes, and a beautiful mouthfeel and zingy finish. A little bit of white tropical flower in there too! Very easy to drink ...

10210 bottles and 150 magnums prodcued Sept 22 disgorgement decanted in glass and allowed to warm to RT nose- honey, nuts, but not really oxidative mouth - there is a nut butter richness here at the core, flanked by fresher and sourer fruit flavors. deep at its core it reminds me a bit of a peanut brittle. There an impressive core of richness here.

This is the 10/18 disgorgement and shows the benefits of aging on cork. Rich and vinous with apple/plum fruits and lots of baking spice and biscuit. Long on the palate and WAY too easy to drink. This bottle disappeared quickly. It's a shame about the current price but there is no doubt about the quality.

Very good champagne. A bit shy on the nose but a great palate. Apple cacao. Refined with a long and delicious finish

Had at the beginning of a long night so notes aren’t great but very tasty and easy to drink.
