  • Robe dorée claire. Vin vif avec des arômes prononcés sur la pomme verte et de citron. Vin assez simple qui manque de corps. Pas mon type de vin

  • Pale yellow in color with a slightly green rim showing it's young age.

The aroma bursts with green apples, citrus and a hint of almond.

On the palate, this crisp wine has flavors of lemon, green apple, tangerine with a touch of honey.

This wine has the attributes you expect in a well balanced Pinot Grigio...lively acidity, fresh fruit with a tangy finish that leaves you wanting more.

  • Nores of Pear with a slight sweetness

  • Tasted blind. Pale straw, a touch of effervescence, med+ viscosity. Med intensity, Meyer lemon, grapefruit, white flowers, fresh-cut grass, minerality, no oak. Off-dry, high acidity, medium body/alcohol, subtle bitter note on the finish. Well-balanced, med complexity, med+ finish. Fresh, herbaceous, crisp, lovely.

  • Platinum, translucent in lower volumes in the glass.

Nose: Tangerine, pronounced ripe banana, white pear, and spring blossom. Projection is shy, coy. Very aromatic, elements hang separated in space at the same time in the nose.

Mouth: Very light Asian pear and white stone fruit delicately trade off with blanched almond and banana creme on the palate. Acid is friendly and similarly light. Flint and graphite have the finish. Faintest hint of smokiness as well.

Overall: Lightness really equals elegance here. Delicate through and through by nature, but never one dimensional. Seductive, friendly, and well balanced between the nose and palate. A really lovely drinking wine, too ethereal to be paired with anything, gossamer. 100% Pinot Grigio.

    91.
