dry, lime and grapefruit dominates the palate. Pretty good wine if a little flabby mid palate. Attractive acidity level. Longish finish.Good value - under £13 from the Wine Society. Decent food wine. Had gained in complexity the next day. Probably longer life ahead than the WS recommends.

Less sour apple than last bottle. Light, limpid colour. Very young German Riesling on the nose, more balanced than last bottle. Enjoyable, if not memorable.

Almost tart, lemony, lemon peel. Green fruit (greengage and a dry green apple). Good length, with the slip of light caramel and a whisp of toasty biscuit at the end. Preferred with food.

Green gold colour Fresh lemony nose, touch of rind, some orange peel Very dry, mouth watering acidity, lean and racy, even a touch of austere, lemon juice, Just a touc if toast and honey at the end. A little auster at the moment. Needs food. No hurry to drink.

Pale yellow colour, smells of gooseberry and a little bit of flint stone, medium body, has a little bit of residual sugar, so it’s dry without being tart, in the mouth gooseberry and a little bit of flint stone, medium and nice acidity, in the aftertaste acidity, gooseberry and a little bit of flint stone, good length (15 sec), good, uncomplicated Ortsriesling for a good price.
