Unusual but pleasing
Clear, medium, salmon color
Clean, developing, medium aromas of blossoms, flowers, strawberry, passion fruit, light toast, mineral/flint.
Dry/off-dry, medium acidity, low tannins from oak and skins, medium alcohol (13.0%), medium body, medium flavor intensity, and medium finish. Flavors of strawberry, flowers, mineral, and light toast.
Very good quality.
Drink now and might be suitable for additional aging.
Very interesting wine — I don’t love it, but I respect it!
