Second bottle of this wine (first in March 2020). More develooped. Nice, rather complex nose with fire stone and- like R2-D2 noticed -a hint of apple and a note of elderflower. Taste: more soft, with apple and a hint of lemon, more balanced than three years ago, less prominent acidity, but stll a bit sharp. Nevertheless a really nice wine, that will benefit of one or two, maybe three years of further keeping. 89.

Agree with those who comment about the harmonioud nose, to me it’s what I love in a solid Trocken Riesling. Delicate? No. There’s a ripeness and noy as austere and mouthwatering as a GG. Its very enjoyable with some noticeable Elderflower notes.

SnP. Pale metallic golden. Generous mineral driven bouquet, citrus and yellow fruits behind. Harmonious palate, h-A, m-B, well balanced with elegant fruity/citrus finish. Drink now-2030

Wet stone, citrus and green apple on the nose. The slender palate continues with more citrus and apple, as well as mineral broadband acidity. Long finish, tapering towards slight rocky bitterness. Pure, elegant, acid-driven and linear. A class act, this might develop a bit further with time, but is certainly enjoyable now.

Fourth day: seriously good nose, fruit, minerals and wood, well balanced and with quite a lot of depth. Taste: at the first day rather closed and massive. At the fourth day a bit more developed; again quite big, with a rather prominent acidity. Although this wine seems to be to young, and it might develop with aging, it lacks the delicacy of wines from the Mosel region. 88.
