Served slightly chilled at an open air music event. Paired it with various cheeses and meats. It had the acidity to hold its own and the plenty of fruit to be a summer sipper. I did not get the herbal nuances other reviewers noted, but I would definitely drink this again.

we pared this wine with pizza and a salad. the soft tannins and the heavier % of Grenache was perfect with the pizza. the black cherry notes and the softness was nice.

Fantastic QPR. Dark red fruits, garrigue, kitchen spice. Ready to go now and opens up with an hour or two. Unclear whether it has the bones to age for more than a couple more years but good now.

A wonderfully funky nose of dark fudge sundae, cherry and plum. The palate adds cocoa, tobacco, garrigue, and more red fruits with a smoky, chocolatey finish. Drinking well now with a solid qpr. 2016 is a special Gigondas vintage, and Costco procured a quality, low budget quaffer.

A wine to drink sooner than later, but there's a lot of friendly Giggy-ness here for just $15. Recognizably grenache-driven with raspberry fruit and spice, just enough acidity and soft tannins.
