Tasted double blind. Opened and served immediately.
Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of matchstick, vanilla, creme fraiche, brown spices and mixed yellow fruits. Flavors of lemon, peach and Grannie Smith apples framed over a slightly clipped finish. Light to medium acidity, medium to full bodied. Drink over the short term.
My guess was this is a Texas wine, the 2017 Chardonnay from either Bluffdale Vineyards or Inwood.
