  Upon opening the wine is barnyard, manure, earth, along with bitter notes of rose petal and some cherry. You think this would be a mistake but it isn’t this wine needs time to compose itself in the glass or decanter. The color is of light Garnett. After a half an hour or so notes of cherry, raspberry, funky wet earth, cranberry, nutmeg, rose petal, and cola compose themselves. With bitter tannins and sour cranberry esque finish that lasts. Drink now - 2024.
