Bright lemon yellow. Nose is floral and white peach oriented. Palate had bright acidity but seems diminished from previous bottles. Some pear and lemon on the palate in as-edition to the white satone fruit. Seems a little less dense than the previous bottles as well. Reasonably long finish.

Very amorphous but always tasty. This oscillated from very stony to bright and zesty over the course of Thanksgiving dinner. An excellent wine even if it wasn’t an ideal food match.

Shane's 6th Annual Game Dinner - Game & Truffle (Chateau Lea, New Jersey): Shared among the group at the 6th Annual Game Dinner upon arrival. It was a light yellow color with a very fragrant, floral aroma reminiscent to me of my grandmother’s soap when I was young. The palate was very different however. There is extremely bright acidity that presents as a slight effervescence. The flavor profile is distinctly stone fruited, mostly peach and a little dried apricot. Finish is long and so interesting texturally. Rich but dry. Oily but clean… Bright and energetic overall.
P.S. 10 days later kept in the fridge this remained a wonderful wine. It was still Bright and fruity, slightly less aromatic but it seemed more intensely flavored. It was great with a Jamaican Jerk spice rubbed roast chicken.

Lemon and menthol on the nose. On the palate, lemon, grapefruit and pineapple citrus, and notes of white pepper and salinity on the medium to long finish, with powerful acidity. This is excellent as usual, but with the price creeping up over $50 the value is only average to good.

Very tight and ungiving on day 1. On the 2, this loosened up a bit. Light, elegant and sauvignon blanc-like. Even a bit better on day 3. Some wintergreen notes to go with the sea spray and citrus notes. Lots of acid; medium length. I think this might need some cellar time. Very good, but the QPR is questionable for me.
