  • I’m a fan of the Bondi and I drink it often but usually much younger. While young, it’s powerful and complex and with a bit of heat and natural sweetness. At this stage, it’s less showy but all the elements are there. It’s mature and won’t improve any further, but it’s still very enjoyable now. It’s my favorite Martinelli of any of their varietals or sites at this late stage.

  • I let be martinelli PN's. They are some of the best wines for the varietal. the wine is well integrated with balanced acidity and tannin. Wine has a spicy edge with bramble and underbrush making up the fmish.

Worth finding these aged Martnelli PN's. Drink them now as they have passed their peak.

  • This wine is singing today. From the time it was opened up, it was a winner. Past and present so wonderfully integrated here. Acidity in check, the entry of this wine is aged raspberry, cola, bramble pie. Thought I might have picked up a hint of whole cluster, but I think the mature grape stem note probably interlaces with the 14 years of age somewhat! I could have probably sat there and drink half of that bottle by myself. I would have had a few people angry with me! Perfectly aged Pinot. This one shows the absolute dynamite that these can be when drinking right at peak.

  • Cola on the nose with brick colors on the rim of the glass. Same cola on the nose follows through on the taste. Spice and jamming, smooth on the finish. Aged well, drink now.
