  Happy Cab Franc Day! This wine is amazing, no other way to put it. 100% Cab Franc, 50% appassimento.
  
  Robust and powerful aromatics. Nose of dried fig, dark chocolate, worn leather, sweet red cherry and raisin. An occasional earthy soil note as well.
  
  Beautifully balanced with chewy tannins, mid-palate acidity and alcohol that is barely noticeable with just a bit of burn in the throat.
  
  Flavours of sweet fig and raisin, black pepper and clove.
  
  This can be aged but it’s drinking beautifully now.

  100 % cab franc dont 50 % appassimento.
  Bu sur plusieurs heures.
  Rouge foncé, presqu'opaque.
  Au nez on perçoit surtout des fruits rouges confits et un peu d'alcool.
  En bouche il y a également pas mal de fruits, beaucoup de matière, un peu de réglisse?, une acidité moy et des tanins très discrets.
  Au final, c'est un peu lourd et à ce prix (70$CA), c'est trop cher.
  87 vu le prix.
