Notes of citrus in the mid palate, a little grapefruit-y in the after taste. Doesnt quite hit the spot for me, but its not bad. Zero dosage is very apparent, too. Probably wouldnt buy again, but fun to have tried!

Cracking acidity, creamy and still on the fresh side. I had a lot of 2008's in the last weeks but from Gimmonnet I would expect a bit more concentration and length. 92-93

(Disgorged in October 2014, 100% Chardonnay from Cramant (33,5%), Chouilly (32,5%), Cuis (22%), Oger (10%) and Vertus (2%), dosage 0 gr/L)
Light yellow colour with a greenish hue still showing its youthfulness. Showing incipient maturity on the nose with a delicious roasted coffee and hazelnuts at first and opens up with a delicious butter and cream touch as it opens up in the glass. Yellow apples acidity and lime zest bitterness on the intense palate and with a distinct yellow plums bitterness on the lengthy finish showing lots of minerals and leaving a lovely saltiness on the lips. Such a delight and very refreshing and pleasant right now..
