The family home at the southern end of Dry Creek Valley, and consistently produces richly concentrated Merlot grapes from the rocky clay loam components in the soil. Chocolate covered raspberries instantly come to mind as well as cherry liqueur, amaretto and anise. On the palate this is textbook Merlot; smooth, silky and quaffable, drink this versatile wine by itself or with food.
