Deep golden colour. Pronounced nose with leather, walnuts, ripe yellow apples, apricot, butter, honey and smoke. Pronounced taste of ripe yellow apples, apricots, walnuts, butter, honey and smoke. Long and dry finish. Medium acidity. Medium body. A very good and well aged Jura White that drinks well now, but could handle five more years on the cellar. Magnum bottle. Goes well with cheeses and cured meat.

Need lots of air, best after 5 hours. The reductiveness eases back a little, letting some fruits forward. Nice!

Quite developed now. Dark orange. Heavy flor on the nose. Fresh finish, with some honey sweetness. Drink now.
