Another good but last bottle of this Sancerre Pinot Rose at nice QPR $17. Will keep eye out for it and others like it. Really nice.strawberry fruit and bit of citrus giving a crisp finish without being overly dry .

My first Pinot Noir based Sancerre Rose I bought based on reveiws. Wasn't disappointed a really nice fresh rose with light strawberry fruit and bit of citrus and minerality adding complexity on the finish making it a good QPR. Very enjoyable and went well with my fresh market find..wild mushrooms and asparagus Risotto.

Even better 2nd and 3rd try. This is superb rose. Brought my 91 up to 92
Beautiful salmon pink. Unusually tangy and grapefruity for a rose — in a good way. Also with watermelon, strawberry, and a touch of kiwi on both nose and flavors. Nice mouthfeel/softness beyond what you’d expect for a wine that obviously never saw wood. I love the great balance between strong fruit and good acidity. I guess by power of suggestion (this being a Sancerre), I wondered if it might have a little bit of Sauvignon blanc in it. But no, this is a pure Pinot noir wine.

Received these today and got right into one, as it seemed a good option for Cuban marinated and spiced chicken with beans and rice, mango salsa, and fried bananas, and as it turns out, it was a perfect pairing.
Medium to deep pink color. Aromas of strawberries and cream, grapefruit, lime, and wet stone. Medium (+) body, acid, and finish, with flavors largely following suit. Maybe a little cranberry; definitely on the high toned red fruit spectrum. Drinking well nice and fresh and should be good over spring and summer, although the winery notes say this can be laid down for 4-5 years, so we'll see if I can hold on to any. This is a nice rose; I like it. 90+

Still very crisp. Reddish color does not give way to syrupy rose’. Light, balanced and enjoyable.
