Purchased in the tasting room last June and enjoyed tonight at Dundee Bistro. A little of everything you need in a Willamette Valley Chardonnay. Nice freshness, citrus fruits, mild oak in the background for roundness, and perfect acidity. It went well with a variety of cuisine especially the squash soup!

Tasted at the winery. Grapes from 19 yo vines. 100% oak. Light gold colour Lovely fresh nose. Rich and smooth on the palate. Young overall, so expect to age 2-3 years. Very enjoyable.

A tad too much oak for my current taste. Drinks rather well and is nicely made.

Willamette Valley May 2019; 5/17/2019-5/18/2019: Very Chablis-like on nose. Mineral and grapefruit forward. Some rounder malo flavor on palate. Nice, but not very complex.
