  • Vinous and shapely, with wispy precision, youthful vigor, and flavorful ripeness. Notes of stonefruit, quince, and honeysuckle display a salty complexity backed by a tactile texture and elegant brightness. Delicious.

  • Excellent for the style that it is, though as a fan of white Burgundy this is not my jam with more overt malolactic notes on top of what seems underneath to be a nice flavor profile. Well made otherwise and it certainly stands above typical wines of its price in this style.

  • Mr Buzz recommendation and I was 50 feet from a Bevmo so I grabbed two bottles. I'll be grabbing more.

Light golden colored. The nose is very interesting. A little baked apple and a caramel note. I was worried this might be a little more over the top then I prefer but with only 20% new oak the nose was slightly misleading.

The attack has a hint of red apple and yellow pear followed up with a big splash of fresh squeezed lemon juice, almost like a lemon head. Substantial mineral influence. Excellent balanced finish of acid with oak and malo notes.

  • Wonderful pear and apple with a fresh squeeze of lemon…crushed rock saline minerality…creamed up with a malo honey butter richness and subtle oak spice, toasted marshmallow…yet ever so gentile and not heavy handed. Maybe Chassagne like? Just a massive QPR if you can find it at Bevmo right now with their 5cent sale and 10% off a case. About $13.50 per!

  • Very Good+
Enjoyed this quite a bit over two nights, 13.8% abv, certainly leans into New World style, but nicely done, ripe lemon / citrus, smooth, not cloying, nice balance.

Very nice QPR at $16 USD close-out pricing.
