  Very good. Nice little wine and food friendly with hard-shell smoky pinquito bean and mushroom tacos. Get that ancient / odd grape vibe. It was fruit forward / focused, with lots of dark fruits, fairly soft in tannins, not heavy. Nothing too complicated, just a good, fun, off the beaten track wine that worked perfectly with a weeknight meal.
