Anunciar que se trata de un vino con la mínima intervención humana cuando la uva es escogida en la propia vid y la fermentación realizada en barriles, sin ahorrar en maloláctica, me parece ir un poco lejos. Melosos aromas en una botella de chardonnay totalmente bajo control, aburrida hasta el tuétano en boca, corta y totalmente predecible. Sólo pasable.

  Good structure and some oak.
  Tasted with piri piri chicken and it was a surprising compliment to the food. The spice seemed to bring out the sweetness and the oak.
