At Manhatta NYC off the list. Fat and Smokey nose. Fluid and creamy mouthfeel. Whoa, that finish - goes on and on and filled with flint and smoke and wet rocks. Incredible to tease this much complexity out. A masterful bottling.

Golden color. Brine and salt on the nose. Toffee notes on the palate, round and smooth, salty. Quite advanced. Ready to drink and I wouldn’t keep this much longer. In Beaune.

There's gentle mineral reduction to the nose along with some lightly exotic things. It has some almond butter and the palate is full and intense but with an airy quality. It is very Meursault, but also very Roulot with its precision and elegance. The finish has real authority and length.

Razor-like acidity despite a more challenging vintage. Very focused and precise yet it could still benefit from a few more year of aging.
