Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. 100% Prie' Blanc on ungrafted vines. Pale lemon with green hues. The nose is clean, with green apple, lime, lemon, wild flowers. fresh mountain herbs and earth. All stainless. Dry, with med (+) acidity, med alcohol (13%), med body and a solid mineral streak on the finish. It has med (+) flavor intensity and length, with a nice roundness due to 80% malolactic fermentation, which makes it a tad softer than its peers. Age-worthy, but I don't necessarily see it improving further with age. Tasted again 9/1/21 with consistent results.

short impression. mildly aromatic, bready and floral, medium bodied, medium bodied with sharp citric flavors. lemon rind, flesh, and pith. very mineral. took an hour to open then didn’t budge for 3 days.

PnP. Herbal, alpine meadow, with a light>medium body that's at many time reminiscent of the Jacquère variety even if this is somewhat more complex, and a more elegant. Great food and/or aperitivo wine. recommended

I love this wine, so was pretty happy/surprised when I saw this on a restaurant wine list. Crisp and dry on the palate, and just downright delicious.

Smells just a touch of savory to the nose. A little tighter and cleaner, with some texture but also served cold.
